Charlotte Appelgren, M. Sc., Göteborg SwedenGeneral Secretary of Cine-Regio, the European Association of Regional Film Funds. Previously worked as Festival Manager for the Danish Film Institute and as author of some specialist books. In her function she is also responsible for the platform Kids-Regio, which has been set up to stimulate and support international collaboration in children’s live action flms.

Karin Düwel, Berlin GermanyThe popular actress was trained 1973-76 at the State Theatre Academy of Rostock and played at the theatres of Rudolstadt, Karl-Marx-Stadt (Chemnitz) and Rostock. She acted in numerous cinema and TV movies, amongst them in a lot of children’s flms.

Mathias Günther, Dr. phil. habil., Dresden GermanyUntil 1995, he worked on the felds of ethics and religious philosophy at the Institute for Philosophy of the University Dresden. Currently, he is an expert on the felds of Saxonian Broadcast Channels for Education as well of media competence and ethics at the Department for Private Broadcast and New Media of the Saxonian Free State.

Vasiliy Kusnetsov, Dr., Moscow/RussiaGraduated in philosophy from the State Lomonossov University Moscow. After doctorate, he worked as the director of the Marx Engels Museum Moscow. 1992-95, he was Vice Director of the publishing company Beck in Moscow. Since 1995, Vasiliy Kusnetsov has been working at the Goethe Institute Moscow.

Dagmar Ungureit, M. A., Mainz GermanySince 1992, the damaturg and producer has been working as a line producer for children’s and youth flms at TV channel ZDF. Since 2002, she is ZDF representative in the Allocation Comittee of the Mitteldeutsche Medienförderung GmbH (MDM) and since 2008 honorary professor at the Academy for Film and TV “Konrad Wolf”, Potsdam-Babelsberg. |
