In the context of the cultural event ’German Year in Russia’ festival director Michael Harbauer was visiting Russia. Between 17 and 19 April he presented six German films in cinemas as well as youth and cultural centre in Volgograd, Gorodishche and Volzhskiy.

All the films hav been shown either in original language with Russian subtitles or in a dubbed version. In addition to watching films the audience was able to speak about it, what is a good way to internalise the things they have seen.

The project was supported by the Goethe Institut Moscow, the Robert Bosch Stiftung and German Films.
