Call for Entries - SCHLINGEL 2011 - 
 

The deadline for the SCHLINGEL Festival 2011 is now past. The Selection Committee created a diverse and exciting film programme from this year’s applicants. 

The 16th International Film Festival for Children and Young Audience SCHLINGEL takes place from October 10 to 16, 2011. The festival is organised by the association "Saechsischer Kinder und Jugendfilmdienst e.V." and co-organised by the "Saechsische Landesanstalt für privaten Rundfunk und neue Medien".

SCHLINGEL is an independent film festival with international competitions and various additional events. It takes place annually. We conceive ourselves as a platform for international children´s and youth films in Germany.

SCHLINGEL – the International Film Festival for Children and Young Audience gives an overview of current international productions and aims at motivating distributors and TV stations in Germany to integrate these films into their programmes.
